1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If the item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within this period, Samestic will cover the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to a wrong size or a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

• Contact us at customerservice@samestic.com with your order number in the subject line, and the reason for the request.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
• Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Conditions for Returns

• Not Desirable Product: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
• Missing or Wrong Item: Contact us immediately if you receive a wrong or missing item. 
• Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  

6. Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the products have not yet been dispatched.

7. Order Not Received
